"The fit is good overall…"
The fit is good overall, and compared to some others I’ve tried, it sits in place nicely. The only issue I noticed is that during heavy rain, a little bit of water started leaking through. Not a huge problem, but something to keep in mind if you get a lot of storms

"Slow response, just like I expected"
I had a feeling it was going to take forever to get a reply, and sure enough, it took days for them to answer. Maybe I’m not surprised, but it definitely confirmed my impression that their communication isn’t great.

"Everything I cared about was right"
I got my Bestop order the main things I was paying attention to were all good. The size, color, and parts matched what I picked online, so no complaints there. The box looked a little beat up, but I barely cared once I checked that nothing was missing. Overall I’m happy with it, though the shipping updates could’ve been a little easier to follow.

I ordered from bestop.com the instructions were clear enough that I wasn’t sitting there guessing what to do next. Everything was easy to follow, which made the whole install way less annoying than I thought it would be...

"I Can Finally Sleep Without Staring Out the Window"
I picked up a Bestop cover because I was tired of feeling like my Jeep was just sitting there with a giant “help yourself” sign on it. My old cover never felt all that secure, but this one fits nice and tight and actually closes up the way I hoped it would. Yeah, it’s not a bank vault or anything, but it makes a big difference. Parking outside overnight doesn’t feel like some dramatic gamble anymore, and I’m way less worried about someone grabbing my stuff.

"Showed Up Way Faster Than Expected"
I ordered from Bestop and figured I’d be waiting around for a while... but then it showed up super quick, so yeah, never mind, I’m impressed. Tracking was easy to follow too. No complaints from me, just glad it got here so fast.

"Payment process was a clunky mess"
Checkout took my payment, but then the confirmation took forever and was weirdly confusing. I ended up having to contact support just to make sure the payment actually went through. Annoying experience, honestly

I ordered some parts from bestop and, thankfully, all the hardware was actually in the box. No missing bolts, no random weird pieces, nothing like that. The install still took more effort than I really wanted to deal with, but at least I didn’t have to stop halfway through and make an annoying trip to the store. That alone made the whole thing a lot less frustrating.

"Stayed dry in some rough weather"
Had this on my Jeep through two nasty storms it kept everything dry. Was kinda surprised how well it held up, no leaks or anything. So far so good

"Good warranty help, but don’t wait to reach out"
I had a small issue with my top and ended up contacting Bestop about the warranty. To be fair, they got back to me quickly and made the return process painless. Just a heads up to anyone else though, if you notice something wrong, don’t sit on it or assume it’ll work itself out. Reach out right away and keep your info handy. In my case, they handled it well, and it was nice dealing with a company that actually fixed the problem without turning it into a huge hassle

"I was disappointed with this..."
I was disappointed with this. It’s not terrible or anything, but for the price I expected a lot more. Like, it works fine I guess, but I kept thinking, “That’s it?” Definitely doesn’t feel worth the money to me.

"Looked better online, and support wasn’t great"
The style just felt off when it arrived and it didn’t look nearly as nice in person as it did in the photos. I reached out to support hoping for some help, but it kind of felt like they were blaming me for expecting it to look the way it was shown. Disappointing overall.

I found exactly what I needed, so that part was great. The backorder took longer than I would’ve liked, and I was a little cautious until I knew it was actually on the way. Everything worked out in the end, but I’d probably double-check availability next time before ordering

The package showed up crushed and half open, and some of the parts were just loose inside. I mean, how is that supposed to arrive in good shape? It looked like it had been packed with no care at all. Not happy with how it was shipped.

"Tracking updates were hard to make sense of"
The order itself was fine, but the tracking was frustrating. I kept checking for some kind of pattern in the updates, like where it was moving or when it might arrive, but there really wasn’t much to go on. It barely changed, and then the package just showed up late out of nowhere.

I was shopping around for a soft top and Bestop’s site was simple to use. Like, the menus weren’t a mess and I was able to figure out the right one for my Jeep without digging through a bunch of random pages. Checkout was straightforward too, which was nice. No weird extra steps or confusing stuff popping up. Pages loaded quick, the details were clear enough, and overall it just wasn’t the headache I thought it might be.
